SBS is a brave, bold, fast growing creative agency for the experience economy, specialising in virtual-hybrid and live events.

SBS began their journey to certification right at the end of 2020, with the express intent of demonstrating to their clients that they are committed to protecting it own information and that of its customers.

The project implementation has endured the ups and downs of the Covid19 pandemic and its associated complications, along with significant adjustments to processes and supporting systems.

A herculean effort by the implementation team, the certification is a fantastic conclusion to this significant project for the business.

In 6.5 days of Stage2 audit, the auditors identified:

• 0 major non conformities

• 0 minor non conformities

• 0 opportunities for improvement

This is a fantastic result, and is a clear endorsement of SBS' concerted efforts to meet the requirements of the standard.

Services we provided

SBS engaged us to support the ISO 27001 implementation process. Along the journey they also took advantage of our Information Security Training, delivered to all employees live, either in-person (in the office) or through GoogleMeet (for those working remotely).

In addition, SBS have also engaged ADL as their Managed Service Provider.
